All care staff provided by InSitu Care Ltd will have been interviewed and had references checked.
Staff will be checked with the [Criminal records Bureau] (CRB) for any criminal records and with the [Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA)] scheme.
They will have had previous experience in the care industry, working in Residential Homes, Nursing Homes and or in Domiciliary Care.
They will be trained to NVQ level two and will work toward NVQ level 3.
Continuation training will ensure they have the necessary experience and skills in order that they can carry out their duties in accordance with the [National Minimum Care Standards
