InSitu Care Ltd and their staff have years of experience in the Domiciliary Care industry.
We will provide a caring and support service to our service user in their own home environment.
Our service users will consist of:
People with physical disabilities
People with sensory loss including dual sensory impairment
Older people
People with mental health problems
People with learning disabilities
Support family carers
Service users will be able to choose our care package which will best suit their needs.
Packages will include:
Personal care services
Emergency on call services
Relief or holiday respite
Shopping/collection service
Washing/bathing
Domestic services
Assistance getting up
Assistance going to bed
Assistance with toileting
Meal preparation
The above list is not exhaustive and we will do our utmost to provide a service not listed above.
The Manager or a Care Coordinator will visit every Service User to discuss and assess needs.
A plan of care will be developed with needs being the priority.
The plan will include a Health and Safety and Risk Assessment. This will ensure the safety of the carer and our service users.
We will carry out a formal review of care plans every six months.
All agencies concerned with care and welfare may be involved in the review.
